The villa, entirely renovated, has 775 m² of enclosed, secure grounds with private parking spaces and electric gates. For your relaxation, there's a garden overlooking pines and oaks, a wooden terrace with Spa, garden furniture, sun loungers and chiliennes, and a bright, spacious interior comprising: - A large open-plan living room with lounge, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen; - A veranda with dining area for 8 guests, opening onto the terrace and garden.
- Three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a 160x200 bed and the third with a double bunk bed (140x190 and 90x190) - A shower room with Italian shower - A bathroom with bath and shower - Two separate toilets, one of which is accessible from the shower room. Each room (living area and bedrooms) is equipped with individual reversible air-conditioning. Baby kit available.
