Villa Marceau

Our holiday cottage is located 800 meters from Lacanau’s South Beach and the city center; the bike path runs right past the gate at the bottom of the house. Perched on a hill, it offers a beautiful view and is nestled among magnificent pine trees. You can also reach the Forest very quickly.
You’re just 10 minutes from Lake Moutchic, close to the Golf course (1.5 km), and 500 m from a Tennis court. A bike rental shop is located 150 m from the villa.
You have access to a kitchen/dining room with a pellet stove and a large living room, as well as three bedrooms equipped with very comfortable beds (two 160x200 cm beds and two 90x200 cm beds), one of which has a private bathroom with a sink and toilet, a separate shower room, and a separate toilet.
Sheets, towels, kitchen linens, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee.
A utility room is available with a washing machine and space to store your bicycles. Heating is an extra charge; the first bag of pellets for the stove is included, and subsequent bags must be paid for on-site.
Outside, under a covered area on the terrace, you’ll find outdoor furniture perfect for dining.
