Located 800 meters from the Flots Bleus beach, in the heart of a wooded park of over one hectare, Villa Les Odonates promises you a peaceful vacation close to the Ocean. The villa comprises an entrance hall, a pleasant living room with fitted kitchen, dining room and TV lounge opening onto the terrace, four bedrooms with sliding doors opening onto the outside (one 160cm bed, two 140cm beds and two 80cm beds), a bathroom with shower and bath, a shower room and two toilets. For your relaxation, there's a large terrace with outdoor furniture, a plancha, a shaded lounge and approx. 3,000 m² of private, enclosed grounds. Laundry room with washing machine, freezer and cleaning equipment accessible from outside. Storage room for your equipment (surfing, bicycles) and a ping-pong table. Bed linen is included in the price. Possibility of renting bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning package. A cleaning deposit will be required on arrival (200€ mandatory). The villa has electric heating.
