It is in this idyllic setting that Villa Jasmin welcomes you for a vacation with family or friends. This 90 m² detached house can accommodate up to 6 people in a comfortable and relaxing environment.
It features a beautiful living area with a spacious living room opening onto the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200cm), a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and a handy pantry for storage.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and Electric heating (heating at an additional cost).
Outside, you’ll enjoy a pleasant terrace furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue, and four lounge chairs: the perfect spot to share a summer meal, read in the shade, or simply relax after a day by the water.
Located a block back from the road, the house is close to the bike path, making it ideal for safely exploring Andernos and the Bassin by bike.
A garage is available for bikes and motorcycles. There is also parking space for two cars on the property.
A bakery is located just 400 meters away, making it easy to enjoy a gourmet breakfast, and the city center and the Bassin are just a few minutes away (3 km).
Sheets, kitchen linens, and bath towels are included in the price.
Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh per day and electric heating are subject to an additional charge. An end-of-stay cleaning option is available (for a fee and must be booked before your arrival).
