Located in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, in Gujan Mestras, near the Golf course, in a residential area, our villa welcomes you for your stay with family or friends. Set on a 1,000 m² lot, the villa features an enclosed garden with terraces, a private pool (4x9m), a 4-person Spa, a solar-powered shower, and outdoor furniture.
The house features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and TV lounge opening onto a semi-covered terrace and the Piscine, as well as three bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a laundry room. The bedrooms are furnished with one 180x200 cm bed and two 160x200 cm beds (two 80x200 cm beds pushed together in each room); one of them has access to a private terrace at the back.
The holiday cottage is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom.
Sheets, table linens, towels, as well as heating and air conditioning are included in the rate for stays of one week or longer. For shorter stays, a flat fee will be charged for the provision of linens (sheets, towels, and kitchen linens). End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
Piscine available from May to September, weather permitting.

Bien que nous avons eu un bon séjour dans une belle villa, propre à l'intérieur ...
...Quelques points à prendre en compte:
- les meubles de jardin n'était plus en état, les 'long chairs' inutilisables, les cousins des autres pas propre
- le coin bbq était carrément sale, en incluant le bbq même lequel était rempli de papiers à demi brulés
- nettoyage de la piscine et le jacuzzi le mercredi, dommage puisque notre arrivée était le vendredi avant- Cleanliness

PhilJ Villa au calme et bien équipée
Villa bien équipée située à quelques kilomètres du centre, au sein d'un golf. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'endroit, ainsi que la piscine (très bien entretenue), le spa et la table de ping-pong.
La personne chargée de l'accueil a répondu à nos questions et s'est montrée réactive suite à un petit problème.
Nous avons relevé comme points négatifs le coût élevé de la location, le fait qu'il n'y ait qu'une seule toilette et le manque d'insonorisation.
Mais notre appréciation générale est très positive : nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cette villa.- Cleanliness
