Villa Côté Plage

Located north of the Bassin d'Arcachon, in the seaside town of Andernos-les-Bains, in a residential area just a few minutes from the Beach du Bétey, our house welcomes you for your stay with family or friends. This location is ideal for discovering the area's many attractions: beaches, water sports, oyster ports, restaurants, shops, etc.
This house, with its typically local architecture, has been completely renovated inside to bring you all modern comforts. It has a fully enclosed garden.
The house comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge, a bedroom with a 180x200 bed opening onto the courtyard on the street side, and two small bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed (twin 80x200 beds) and the other with two 90x200 Bunk beds for Kids. A shower room and separate toilet complete the set. The Holiday cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning. A washing machine is available in an annex separate from the main house. Pets welcome with a deposit in addition to that of the Holiday cottage. Sheets and towels can be rented for an optional fee. End-of-stay cleaning included.
