Ideally located in Andernos-les-bains, north of the Bassin d'Arcachon, about 200 meters as the crow flies from the Beach du Mauret, Villa Clair de Lune enjoys a pleasant, quiet, residential environment. You'll appreciate the proximity of many amenities and activities: shops, restaurants, bike path, Beach, Fishing less than a kilometer away.
Villa clair de Lune is a detached house set in 330 m² of enclosed grounds. You'll enjoy a garden with a lovely terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, a gas barbecue, a 3-seater Spa for pleasant moments of relaxation, and an outdoor shower for when you return from the Beach.
The villa comprises a lovely, bright living room with dining area, TV (BZ 150 x 190, with mattress topper), wood-burning stove opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed and the other with a 180x190 bed (separable into two 90x190 beds), each with its own private bathroom/toilet, and an independent shower room with walk-in shower and independent toilet. Both bedrooms have outside access. Outside laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Sheets, household linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, wood and heating (electric) are included in the price. Free parking is available in the street in front of the house (access to an electric vehicle connection). It is possible to park 3 cars in the immediate vicinity of the entrance. Bicycle rental, Paddle to the lake, Piscine in Audenge...

Perrine Long weekend Mai 2026
Gite idéalement situé sur Andernos : proche plage, piste cyclable, marché, etc. Gite le mieux équipé où j'ai eut l'occasion de séjourner depuis mes nombreuses années Gite de France. Literie ultra confortable, un SPA très agréable, tout confort. Vraiment parfait, rien à redire.

I&G Séjour très agréable
Villa magnifiquement rénovée et très confortable, où il ne manque rien ! Nous nous sommes très vite sentis comme chez nous!
Environnement également très agréable car tous les petits commerces sont accessibles à pied.
Nous n'hésiterons vraiment pas à revenir si l'occasion se présente.

Briget Excellente location
La villa clair de lune est idéalement située, à l’écart du centre ville pour son calme et la proximité de la baie pour des balades à pieds. La villa est très confortable, très bien équipée en cuisine et vaisselle. Un chauffage efficace quand cela est nécessaire. L’équipement extérieur est prévu pour passer d’agréables moments avec un spa apprécié.

Nicole Wonderful Stay in Andernos-les-Bains
Villa Clair de Lune does not only have a lovely name, it is also a lovely Villa , set in a pretty ,secret little garden and has been provided with all the modern equipment/comfort and yet has kept all its original charm. It reflects the attitude of care and attention that Maud and Sébastien wish to bestow on their guests. Nothing is very far to drive/walk/cycle : the sea front walk, the shops, the central market, the supermarkets, the cinema, a very good bookshop...parking is right by the front gate. We recommend Villa Clair de Lune to all who love calm and beauty. We certainly hope to be back ourselves!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de Noël en famille dans la Villa Clair de lune, Villa très bien située, proche mer, proche commerces et centre ville dans un quartier très calme. Villa lumineuse, même en hiver, cheminée et jacuzzi très appréciés en cette saison.
