Villa Caprice, built in 1934, is located in the heart of Lacanau Océan, on the South Beach, 100m from the beach, surf spots and surf schools. Conveniently located, you can park your car under the carport and walk or bike to everything.
You'll enjoy a 500m² plot planted with trees, with small outdoor conviviality areas, a pergola in the garden with dining area, barbecue and terrace.
You can bring your car into the property, which is closed by a gate with remote control, and equipped with a carport.
The house comprises a living room with kitchen (ceramic hob/oven), dining area and south-facing reading room, two bedrooms (the first with two 80x200cm beds that can be twinned to form a 160x200cm bed, a chest of drawers, the second with a mosquito net, a large closet/wardrobe, a 160x200cm bed), a bathroom with bath and shower with door, and a separate toilet.
For your return from the Beach or to store your bikes or surfboards, there's a garage where you'll also find a washing machine.
Bed linen and towels provided, bathroom linen rental available on request. Heating extra charge from early October to mid-April. Optional end-of-stay cleaning at extra cost from 01/01 to 05/07 and from 23/08 to 31/12 (if you do not take the cleaning package, a cleaning deposit cheque will be requested on arrival). From 05/07 to 23/08, the price includes end-of-stay cleaning. Reserved parking inside the property for one car with carport.

    villa Caprice

    C'est une maison plein de charme, une canaulaise typique de la côte. Ses aménagements extérieurs sont très agréables et l'on peut choisir en fonction de l'ensoleillement où se poser. L'intérieur est confortable et charmant.
    C'est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons.

    Beau gîte, bien situé

    Beau gîte, bien aménagé et bien pensé :
    Les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs ont été très bien exploités pour donner confort et intimité sur une superficie en fait assez limitée.
    Le jardin et la maison sont magnifiques et arrangés avec goût.
    Il ne manque de rien.
    Tout est à proximité : on peut tout faire à pied ou à vélo.
    C’était idéal pour ces 8 jours de vacances en mai.

    Comme chez soi!

    Petite villa typique nichée au calme d’un jardin arboré à deux pas de la plage et des pistes cyclables et à dix minutes de marche du centre et des commerces. La voiture reste au garage !
    Une résidence qui a une âme où il fait bon vivre (surtout en septembre dépourvu des éventuels désagréments d’un voisinage à la fois dense et proche).
