This location is ideal for discovering all the treasures of the Bassin d'Arcachon: ocean beaches, cycle paths, oyster ports, walks along the coastal path, numerous water sports activities and much more.
The house has all the modern comforts you need for a pleasant stay. On one level, it comprises a beautiful living room with fitted kitchen, dining room and lounge opening onto a large terrace, two bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 and 2 beds 90x200), a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet with washbasin and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The fully enclosed garden is not overlooked by neighboring houses and features a private swimming pool, a large terrace sheltered by a pergola, garden furniture and a lounge for relaxing at any time of day.
The Piscine (3 m x 6 m x 1.46 m) is available from May 1 to October 31.
Sheets, towels, table linen and heating are included in the price. The Holiday cottage does not have an electric socket for charging a car. There are charging points in the vicinity (Shopping center, tourist office, town hall, etc.).
