Nicole welcomes you to this vast new house in Arès, north of the Bay of Arcachon, in a residential neighborhood less than a kilometer from the city center and its many amenities. This location is ideal for discovering all that the Bay of Arcachon has to offer: ocean beaches, cycle paths, oyster-farming ports, walks along the coastal path, numerous water sports activities and much more. The house has all the modern comforts you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends. Fitted out and equipped for 8 people, it is on one level and comprises a beautiful living room with fitted kitchen, dining room and sitting room opening onto a large terrace, four bedrooms (2 beds 160x200 and 4 beds 90x200), a shower room with separate toilet, a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet with washbasin and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
You'll enjoy a fully enclosed garden not overlooked by neighboring houses, with a private swimming pool, a large terrace sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola, equipped with garden furniture and a lounge for relaxing at any time of day. The Piscine (3 m x 6 m x 1.46 m) is available from May 1 to October 31. For a simple stay, bed linen, towels, table linen and heating are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning service at extra charge. The Holiday cottage does not have an electric socket for charging a car. There are charging points in the vicinity (Shopping center, tourist office, town hall, etc.).

Villa très agréable assez bien située, malgré la météo qui n était pas exceptionnelle, lesx2 seuls initialement bémols sont l accès, nous étions obligés de passer par le même portail que les propriétaires, peut etre que nos allers et venus on t ete un peu dérangeants, et la température de la piscine beaucoup trop basse, c est dommage mais sinon c est une jolie villa bien aménagée.

Maison très spacieuse et agréable avec tout l'équipement nécessaire- à préciser que la location se trouve à l'interieur du terrain de la propriétaire
Seul.bemol : un pot de décoration est tombé lors d'une bourrasque de vent que nous avons remis en place sans nous rendre compte qu il avait été ébreché..lors du ménage, la propriétaire nous a accusé d avoir été malhonnête car nous ne l'avons pas déclaré à la sortie. Ce commentaire est tout à fait déplacé sans laisser le bénéfice du doute au locataire quant à son honnêteté et disproportionné par rapport à la situation

rémois agréable séjour dans une villa très bien située
Villa agréable à vivre, neuve et avec d'excellentes prestations. Bel ensemble terrasse piscine. Situation de la villa idéale, proche des petits commerces du centre d'Arès et d'un grand centre commercial. Facilité d'accès pour visiter toute la région ( Bordeaux, Médoc, Arcachon, Biscarosse, Cap Ferret...). Navette bateau à Andernos. Un seul petit bémol, la décoration fonctionnelle manque peut-être un peu de chaleur.

Nous avons passé de très belles fêtes de fin d’année dans cette maison. La maison est grande, neuve, très propre, bien placée avec des commerces à proximité. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires et nous les remercions pour ce séjour.
