Villa Bécassière

Ideally located in the Médoc, 7 kilometers from the ocean beaches and 1.5 km from the town of Vendays Montalivet, Villa Bécassière welcomes you for a stay with family or friends in a quiet, pleasant setting on the edge of the Forest. For cyclists, the Vélodyssée and the Beach can be reached via the cycle path located 300 m away. This regional-style, two-storey house is located in the peaceful Pey-Mayan district, on an enclosed plot planted with trees, and includes a second holiday cottage. At the rear of the house, facing south, is a vast covered terrace equipped with a barbecue and a large table, overlooking a large garden planted with superb oak trees and bordered by the Forest. A large wooden picnic table is available under the oak tree, to enjoy your evenings out. The villa offers a warm, uncluttered wooden interior. The ground floor comprises a vast living room with a dining area that can seat 10 people, a lounge opening onto a fully equipped kitchen; a second lounge with television, two air-conditioned bedrooms each with a 180x200 bed, a shower room and an independent toilet complete this level. Upstairs are two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (90x200) and the other with a single bed (160x200), a Kids' TV and gaming area (sofa bed), and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking on the property. Entrance to the property is shared with the second Holiday cottage. Pets welcome under certain conditions (€10 daily supplement). Possibility of renting sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning (optional services at extra cost). A supplement is charged for accommodating more than 8 people.
