Villa Babeth

Located in Arcachon's Autumn Town, 800 meters from the Beach and a kilometer's walk from the City center and all its amenities (Market, shops, Piscine, restaurant,...), Villa Babeth is a traditional Arcachonnaise-style house.
Ideal for vacations with family or friends, this 100 m² house is set in 395 m² of enclosed grounds, and comprises a living room with dining area, TV lounge, small fully-equipped kitchen (electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob), three bedrooms (one 160x190cm bed, one 160x190cm bed and two 90x190cm beds), a bathroom with small bathtub, a separate toilet with washbasin and a veranda with teak table and chairs opening onto the terrace and garden.
A heat pump is installed for heating and air-conditioning and serves the bedrooms as well as the living room. The garden is located at the rear of the house and features garden furniture with parasols, deckchairs and a barbecue. Parking is outside, in the street in front of the house (free parking). The cycle path passes through the street on the opposite sidewalk. On one side, it takes you to the indoor swimming pool and harbor, on the other to the Beach, City center and Market. For longer strolls, it also takes you to La Teste, Gujan Mestras, the oyster-farmers' Cabins along the coast, or to Dune Du Pyla. You can also take a tour of the Arcachon basin as far as Cap Ferret, and return to Arcachon with your bike on the boat shuttle. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. You can opt to rent sheets and towels from an external service provider (contact details to be communicated before your stay).
