Vers la Rivière - Yoga gîte

Located in the small commune of Saint Seurin sur l'Isle, around 24 km from Saint Emilion and 56 km from Bordeaux, our holiday cottage is housed in a recently restored Arcachon-style house. It's ideally situated a few steps from the river, a Romanesque church and a green setting, and close to all the City's amenities. Many activities are within easy reach: Hiking trails starting from the Holiday cottage, the Moulin de Porchères 700 meters away, in a Natura 2000 area, with restaurants, entertainment and cycling on the river in summer, a canoeing and kayaking base 200 meters away, a beach 400 meters away with lifeguards from summer to autumn, and a lake 14 km away. Every Sunday morning, you can also take advantage of the Saint Seurin Market.
The front terrace faces south, the back terrace faces north and the dining area faces east.
As soon as you enter, you'll be seduced by the refined decor. The interior features a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room with dining area and lounge with video projector for large-format viewing (same use as a TV), two bedrooms: the "Signature" room, a real immersion in the Forest, with 180X200 bedding convertible into 2 90cm beds, and the pink and flowery "Boat Fleur" room with 160X200 bedding convertible into 2 80cm beds. Adjustable lighting in each room. Washing and drying machines in a checkroom.
Electric car recharging point in the Médiathèque parking lot (50 m) and in the village center (300 m), where you'll find all the shops. Free public parking lot in front of the house if you wish to use all the garden space. More than just a holiday cottage, our accommodation is also a place where you can practice yoga and relaxation for a true Wellbeing stay. One relaxation session is offered per stay. Tailor-made yoga classes can be programmed for 1 to 4 people.
