Welcome to Andernos-les-Bains, ideally located halfway between Arcachon and Cap Ferret.
Our apartment is located about 1 km from downtown, where all amenities and recreational activities are within walking distance: shops, markets (indoor and outdoor), Cinema, Restaurants, and access to the Beach and bike path. A little further away is the oyster port with its traditional cabins. Throughout the year, you can enjoy the many events organized in the town. The ocean beaches, located 15 km away, will delight surfers and lovers of wide-open spaces stretching as far as the eye can see.
The apartment, accessible via an interior staircase, is located on the first and top floor of a small, recently built residence divided into 4 apartments, set back from the road. You will have access to a private parking space with an electric vehicle charging station and a "guest" spot in the secure shared parking lot with the three other units. A covered shelter in this secure area will allow you to store your bicycles.
As soon as you enter, you’ll be charmed by its modern decor and high level of comfort, ideal for a pleasant stay. The apartment consists of a large, bright living area (fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room) facing south, opening onto a 17 m² terrace with greenery and outdoor furniture, two bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed and the other with two 90x200cm beds), a bathroom connected to both bedrooms (each with its own private vanity area separated from the shower; a sliding door on each side allows the bathroom to be separated from the bedrooms), and a separate toilet. The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Sheets, towels, dish towels, heating, air conditioning, and electric vehicle charging are included in the price, and the beds are made on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
