Welcome to Andernos-les-Bains, ideally located halfway between Arcachon and Cap Ferret.
Our apartment is around 1 km from the City center, within walking distance of all amenities: shops, markets (indoor and outdoor), cinema, restaurants, access to the beach and bike path. A little further on, the oyster-farming port and its typical cabins. Throughout the year, you can take advantage of the many events organized in the commune. The ocean beaches, 15 km away, will delight surfers and lovers of wide-open spaces as far as the eye can see.
The apartment, accessible via an internal staircase, is on the first and top floor of a small, recently-built residence divided into 4 apartments, set back from the road. You'll have your own private parking space with electric vehicle recharging and a guest parking space in the secure parking lot shared with the three other apartments. A covered shelter in this secure area will enable you to store your bicycles.
As soon as you enter, you'll be seduced by its contemporary decor and high level of comfort, ideal for a pleasant stay. The apartment comprises a large, bright, south-facing living room (fitted kitchen, dining room and lounge) opening onto a 17 m² terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, two bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed and the other with two 90x200cm beds), a shower room communicating with the two bedrooms (each with its own private vanity area separated by the shower; a sliding door on each side separates the shower room from the bedrooms), and a separate toilet. The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Bed linen, towels, tea towels, heating, air conditioning and electric vehicle recharging are included in the price, and beds made on arrival.
