Located in the heart of southern Gironde and near the Sauternes Vineyards, Domaine EcÔtelia—an eco-friendly outdoor resort rated 4 stars by Tourisme—welcomes you to its expansive 9-hectare grounds. We invite you to experience an unusual stay in perfect harmony with nature while discovering traditional accommodations from the five continents.
Stay in a safari tent or an ecolodge perched on stilts, featuring a “carrelet”—a structure symbolizing both the fishermen’s cabins of the islands of Oceania and the traditional fishing cabins of the Gironde estuary.
Accommodating up to 5 people, this outdoor lodging features a kitchenette, two sleeping areas (one 140-cm bed and three 80-cm beds, two of which are bunk beds), a bathroom with toilet, and a covered terrace with a dining area. Outdoor furniture is provided, including lounge chairs starting in the spring.
The resort features 20 authentic and unusual accommodations in 10 different styles: treehouses, travel trailers, yurts, wine-themed cabins with a Spa, trapper cabins, pods, and more. The resort features a communal lounge, a natural swimming area, and a bar and restaurant. A Kota grill is also available for rent.
Your stay includes bed linens and towels, as well as breakfast, delivered directly to your accommodation. To enhance your stay, we offer a new Wellbeing area with a Sauna, Hammam, solarium, and massage service (services available for a fee by reservation only).
Wi-Fi is available in the reception area. Electricity, cooking gas, and tap water are included in the rental rates. Rates are for one night for two people, with breakfast included. Tourist tax is extra.
