The apartment, located in the Villa Ostréa residence, comprises a living room with a sitting area (pull-out bed that can sleep two), a dining area (table with extensions) and a kitchen opening onto the living room (with electric oven, microwave, 5 gas rings, raclette/fondue maker, Nespresso coffee machine), a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and fitted closet, a bathroom with bath (tumble dryer and washing machine), and a separate toilet.
Gas heating included. Bed linen and towels provided (beds not made up). End-of-stay cleaning package available. An assigned parking space in the residence completes the package. Tennis courts available for rent next door.

Swimming subject to tides (tide clock in living room), but possibility of swimming in natural pools at the port of Audenge, 6.5 km away, which is not far from the Certes and Graveyron estates, after the port of Cassy, walk along the coastal path.
