Set in a wooded area, you’ll enjoy a charming vacation home on the garden level, featuring a large, sheltered, and quiet 7 m² tiled terrace and a 40 m² enclosed garden. The apartment, located in the Villa Ostréa residence, consists of a living area with a sitting area (featuring a pull-out bed that sleeps two) and a dining area (with an extendable table), as well as a kitchen open to the living room (equipped with an electric oven, microwave, 5-burner gas stove, raclette/fondue set, a standard coffee maker and a Nespresso machine), a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a closet, a bathroom with a bathtub (tumble dryer and washing machine), and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided (beds not made). Gas for cooking (if the stove uses gas), water within reasonable limits, electricity, and gas heating are included in the rate. An end-of-stay cleaning service is available as an optional paid service. A designated parking space in the residence completes the package. Tennis courts are available for rent next to the apartment.
Shops are nearby. Bicycle rentals are available. The nearest Beach is 750 m away, and Suzette Beach is 1 km away. Swimming depends on the tides (tide table in the living room), but you can swim in natural pools at the Port d’Audenge, 6.5 km away, which is not far from the Domaine de Certes and Graveyron past the Port de Cassy; take a stroll along the coastal trail.
