Located in Arcachon, just a stone's throw from the Marina, our studio apartment is ideal for your seaside getaway. South-facing, on the third floor of a secure residence with elevator and private parking (unobstructed view facing Saint Ferdinand church), you'll appreciate the proximity of beaches, shops, restaurants, the Aiguillon district and the cycle path.

Access to the residence's underground parking is via a garage door 206 cm high and 320 cm wide, after a slope and a bend; the location is 5m by 2m12, which is generally appreciated when it can be difficult to find a space outside.

The studio comprises an entrance hall with cupboard, bathroom (WC, small bath and washbasin with large drawers), living room with kitchenette (induction hob, dishwasher, combi-microwave, fridge-freezer) and a fold-out sofa-bed for sleeping 140X200cm. Bed linen and towels provided for two people, end-of-stay cleaning service at extra charge. A balcony with a small table, two armchairs and a deckchair will enhance your stay. Pets are not allowed to respect allergic guests.
