Ideally located for your stay on the Bassin d'Arcachon, between the ocean and the oyster-farming villages of the peninsula, new 65 m² house in a quiet residence, a few steps from the town of Lège-Cap-Ferret and the cycle path. The first floor comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge opening onto the terrace and 70m² enclosed garden, a separate toilet with washbasin and a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and cleaning equipment. Upstairs are two bedrooms (one 160cm bed and two 90cm beds) and a bathroom with toilet. Bed linen, towels and heating (heat pump) are included in the price. Wifi access. Cleaning service available at end of stay (€100). 2 reserved parking spaces. Bicycle rental nearby.

Agréable séjour dans le bassin d'arcachon
5/5Gite très bien situé, aux abords du bassin d'arcachon, dans un quartier très calme.
Au niveau équipement cuisine, un peu juste, seulement 2 bols pour le petit déjeuner, peu de plats pour mettre au four, couteaux en mauvais état,par contre pléthore de cuillères et fourchettes.
Côté literie,le matelas est bon,par contre le drap housse était un peu trop petit et on se retrouvait souvent directement sur l'aleze en plastique.
Petite terrasse avec salon de jardin très agréable dont on n'a pas trop profité vu la saison- Cleanliness 5/5

5/5Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce gîte, qui est tout confort, très moderne, très propre , très agréable.
Rien ne manquait, très fonctionnel, spacieux , dans une jolie résidence, très au calme .
