Located in Pessac, near Bordeaux, in a quiet residential area, the Parc d'Espagne Bed and breakfast welcomes you to the property of an old Gironde-style house. You'll appreciate the pleasant setting, with its wooded garden, secure parking and available Piscine. Its privileged location will enable you to discover Bordeaux thanks to the proximity of a direct bus line (line 1) that will take you into the city center, as well as tramway line B 1 km away, and the Alouette and Pessac center train stations, which will enable you to get to Arcachon or Bordeaux by train. Ideal for those who prefer to use public transport! For your stay, we offer a bed and breakfast, Les Clarydes, in an outbuilding. It has a private, communicating shower room and toilet, and is equipped with a 160x200cm bed, microwave and fridge. Electric kettle and tea corner. Baby bed available on request. Wifi available. Nearby bike path, fitness trail and parks. Tourist tax extra.

You have a 20 m² room, independent from the owners' house, equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave oven and a tea corner + cutlery available. Parking available in front of the room. The bedroom has white and gray walls, carefully decorated with gray double curtains, exposed beams and a curtain separating the night and day areas. It has a private shower room with velux window and WC. It faces west with a view over the garden and has a velux window with electric blackout blind. A pivoting fan and thermal curtains keep the room cool in summer. Garden chairs and table are available.

The gite was perfect for our stay in the Bordeaux area. Isabelle greeted us warmly and was very helpful in helping us find our way around using the tram. Her breakfasts were lovely. She provided maps for us and we loved our stay.

Les cyclistes Détente et très bon accueil
Un très bon accueil, un jardin très joli avec piscine dont on a bien profité. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec des confitures et yaourts faits maison. La propriétaire nous a donné en plus de bonnes adresses pour diner. Merci pour tout.
