Located in the residential area of Portes de l'Océan, 5 km from Dune du Pyla, the 135m2 Villa Pagayo, with its bicycle path at the end of the street, offers all the comforts you need for a successful vacation. Surrounded by a pleasant, fully fenced garden with electric gate and parking space, it features a heated 6x4 m chlorine-treated swimming pool, 1.10m to 1.60m deep, secured by a tarpaulin. The pool is heated from Easter to October. Outside, you'll find a dining area with garden furniture and outdoor seating on a sheltered terrace, a Weber barbecue, a ping-pong table and a boulodrome for entertaining. The Holiday cottage features a bright, spacious living room with fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, 2-burner gas hob and 2-burner induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle...), dining area and lounge area (flat-screen TV with DVD player, wood-burning fireplace (wood available from the local Shop 300m away)). A hallway with large closet leads to a first bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, overlooking the Piscine, a second bedroom with 2 90x200cm beds, overlooking the garden, and a third bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, overlooking the garden. A spacious and very pleasant shower room with double shower and double vanity unit gives access to a fourth independent bedroom (one 160x200cm bed) with a bay window on the Piscine side. A second shower room with vanity unit and WC, and a second independent WC complete the ensemble. Two air-conditioning points, one in the hallway leading to the bedrooms and one in the living room.
