Located in the village of Lège, one of the charming villages in the municipality of Lège Cap Ferret, our architect-designed villa welcomes you for your stay in the Arcachon Basin. This location is ideal for exploring all the treasures of the Cap Ferret peninsula and the Atlantic coast, with the nearest ocean beaches just 7 km away; The bike path running past the house allows you to quickly reach the bike trail that will take you to Grand Crohot Beach in about 30 minutes by bike through the Forest in complete safety. The villa is located in a quiet and pleasant residential neighborhood. During the warmer months (from June to late September), you can enjoy a 9-square-meter hexagonal above-ground Piscine (1.10 m deep), and a ping-pong table is also available. You’ll enjoy a fenced-in, shaded garden as well as a large terrace with garden furniture, a lounge area, deck chairs, and an electric griddle. As soon as you enter the villa, you’ll be charmed by the spaciousness and brightness of the triple-aspect living room; where you’ll find an entryway, a large living room with a TV and an upright piano (for music lovers), and the dining room. An adjoining fully equipped kitchen, just as bright, will let you prepare your meals in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ground floor also features two bedrooms (each with a 160x200 cm bed), an office/library area in a hallway, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies. A beautiful staircase leads upstairs to a master suite (open-plan) featuring a 160x200 cm bed and an extra bed 90x190 cm, with a sun terrace and a bathroom equipped with a corner bathtub and a separate toilet. Sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, table linens, and Gas heating (heating) are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. Parking on the property (for 2 to 4 cars, depending on their size). Pets are welcome (€50 deposit).
