Located halfway between Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion, our charmingly decorated Holiday cottage is set in an outbuilding that was the former wine storehouse of our stone Girondine house. This Holiday cottage is adjoined by another 6-person gîte, which is accessed via a shared gate, but has its own separate entrance. Two free, secure parking spaces are at your disposal, as well as a recharging point for electric vehicles (recharging will be invoiced according to consumption and paid directly to the owners).
The Holiday cottage comprises a large living room with sitting and dining areas, TV with 193 channels (also available in English, Spanish, German and Arabic), hi-fi, and high-speed fiber-optic internet access. Board games for all ages and games for Kids are available. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso or filter coffee maker or Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, food processor). You'll also find everything you need for cooking: crockery, pots and pans, spices, foodstuffs...). The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180X200 cm) and a single bed (90X200 cm) that can be converted into a double bed. The bathroom has a large 80x120 cm shower, toilet and washing machine.
From the bedroom, you have access to your private garden with terrace and barbecues (coal or gas). The 9mX4m Piscine (1m to 1m70 deep, protected by a roller shutter) is located in an unoverlooked landscaped garden and is available from midday to 7pm, from early June to late September.
Bed linen and towels provided, heating included.
Heating with reversible air-conditioning, and pellet stove (one bag supplied, additional bag €4).

Ritchi Des vacances au calme
Belle maison girondine, le gite est très grand, bien équipé et très propre. Les propriétaires sont très sympas, aimant le contact. Emplacement calme et idéal pour visiter la région. Très belle piscine avec un beau jardin fleuri.

In spite of terrible weather, we had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. Internet functioned at high speed everywhere. The king size bed was very comfy. Recommend heartily.

This is an exceptional, well-appointed gîte that is in a lovely calm setting. It is beautifully presented and furnished with taste and style. Marie has provided everything you need for your stay.
The gîte is well placed for visiting the wine regions of Bordeaux and is only a 30 minute train ride from the city itself.
