Close to the famous medieval town of Saint-Émilion, the house is located in the hamlet of Jamard, offering peace and quiet in the heart of the vineyards. On the first floor, there's a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a separate living room with sofa bed (140 x 190, sleeps up to two), a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) and a shower room/WC. Upstairs is a large master bedroom (bed 140 x 200) with en-suite shower room / WC, offering a pleasant view of the surrounding Vineyard.
