Moulin de Caussarieu

Come and recharge your batteries at Le Moulin de Caussarieu, a fully restored former sheepfold in the heart of an unspoilt environment. Nestling in the heart of a 3-hectare Landais airial (park), the Holiday cottage overlooks the river Ciron. On your way down, you'll discover the Moulin de Caussarieu, a small 15th-century mill listed as a cultural heritage site, and you can also take a refreshing dip in the river, depending on the season (small natural Beach). During your stay, you'll rub shoulders with the property's animals (pony, donkey, mare, hens), to the delight of young and old alike. The gîte opens directly onto the owners' shared airial, and you have access to the swimming pool shared with the owners (size 9x4m, 3m² beach for kids). You'll also have access to garden furniture with parasol, deckchairs and a gas or charcoal barbecue. Completely independent, the Holiday cottage is furnished in the spirit of a loft. It comprises a large main room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, television, sleeping area with a 160cm bed and an 80x190cm bed for Kids (sofa bed convertible into a 160x190cm bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Geothermal heating, wood stove and air conditioning included. For your return from swimming in the river, an outdoor shower will be at your disposal. Bed linen and towels provided. Cleaning service available at end of stay (fee payable). Owners' house on site. On-site parking at property entrance.
