Come and enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of the Bassin d'Arcachon and discover its privileged setting with its ocean beaches, Forest, oyster ports, famous Dune du Pilat and much more. Here you are in La Teste de Buch, just a few kilometers from Arcachon. Our apartment is located on the second floor (elevator) of a small new residence facing south-east. Its location in the City center gives you direct access to all amenities (shops, municipal market, restaurants, bike path, bus line, ....). You'll have access to a private, secure parking space in the residence, as well as a secure communal box for storing your bicycles.
The apartment comprises a bright living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and TV lounge opening onto a loggia with garden furniture, a bedroom with 140x90cm bed, and a bathroom with spacious shower and toilet. City gas central heating. Air conditioning in the living room. Year-round rental from Saturday to Saturday.
Entrance by badge, digicode, intercom, remote-controlled parking door.
Possibility of renting sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning (optional services at extra cost, to be arranged directly with the owners).
For your comfort, this accommodation is non-smoking. An adult City bike is available. Holiday cottage suitable for Telework (office area in bedroom, internet connection).

    Séjour à la Teste-de-Buch

    Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermer ! Accueil superbe de l'hôte (si vous aimez les histoires et anecdotes, vous serez servis à l'accueil et au moment de rendre les clés !).
    Vous serez situé près de toutes les commodités et en même temps loin du tumulte touristique d'Arcachon.
    Information importante, nous vous conseillons fortement de vous déplacer à vélo pour éviter les bouchons si vous avez besoin de vous rendre à Arcachon, la Dune du Pilat, le lac de Cazaux, etc.

    Bien localisé

    Appartement agréable, bien agencé ( malgré un lit trop mou pour nous),très bien localisé ,au pied du théatre ,du marché et des commerces. Petite ville agréable.

    Bassin d'Arcachon

    Location de très bonne qualité.
    Logement idéalement situé pour découvrir le Bassin d'Arcachon à vélo, et idéalement placé avec le marché couvert et tous les autres magasins accessibles à pied ( moins de 2 minutes ).
    Le propriétaire est très accueillant, et très bavard pour raconter l'historique de La Teste de Buch et d'Arcachon.
