Located in the Abatilles neighborhood, about 1 km from the Moulleau and Pereire beaches and 2 km from downtown Arcachon, stay in this fully detached Basque-style house with an enclosed, tree-lined garden featuring terraces, patio furniture, lounge chairs, a barbecue, and a plancha grill.
The ground floor features a spacious main room with a kitchen and dining area, a bright living area in the sunroom, a small bedroom (one 140 cm bed), and a half-bath with a shower.
Upstairs, you’ll find a living room with a library, three bedrooms (one 160 cm bed, two 140 cm beds, and one child’s bed), a large bathroom, a private shower room attached to one of the bedrooms, and a toilet.
Electric heating. Sheets, bathroom linen, and end-of-stay cleaning services are available for rent at an additional cost. Firewood for the fireplace is provided, as well as linen supplied.
Holiday cottage suitable for telework (office area in the living room/veranda, internet connection).
Parking on the property.
Tennis court and equipment available for rent if needed at the tennis club "Aux Sources des Abatilles"; advance reservations required.
