The riverside Holiday cottage la maisonnette is ideal for relaxation and sightseeing, as well as for fishing enthusiasts, thanks to the pontoon extending from the terrace. You're just a stone's throw from Saint-Emilion, the Charente and the Dordogne. Beware, as with all river houses, water remains a danger for young and old alike. Various communal leisure facilities, including a Piscine and a relaxation area, are available less than 500m away. A few hundred meters further on, you'll find the village center with all the local shops.
The house comprises a living room (equipped with an air-conditioning unit) with a large, comfortable sofa and a TV connected to the FREEBOX. There's also a dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen where you can enjoy your coffee with the Dolce Gusto coffee maker (large pods). A traditional coffee maker is also available to suit your tastes. There's also a double USB socket for recharging your smartphones. You'll find two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm double bed, and a private shower room (one with toilet included), separate toilet in the hallway.

Our Holiday cottage has a sofa bed, and can accommodate up to 2 extra people. A supplement will be requested for a stay of 5 or 6 people.
Pets are welcome as long as they are not dangerous or aggressive: there are dogs in the neighborhood.
