Ideally located at the tip of the Médoc, just 800 meters from the Beach, 1.5 km from L’Amélie, and 3 km from the center of Soulac-sur-Mer, our holiday cottage welcomes you for a relaxing getaway that offers a complete change of scenery. Nestled between the forest and the ocean, enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating setting, perfect for spending time with family or friends.
You can also enjoy the Belle Époque-themed costume event, “Soulac 1900,” held every year in early June.

Located in a separate section of the building (with no other units) near the owners’ home, the holiday cottage offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious, bright living area with a living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs, the holiday cottage features three comfortable bedrooms: one bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, one bedroom with two beds 90x190, and a third bedroom with two beds 90x190 that can be pushed together to form a 180x190 double bed (bed linen provided upon request for this configuration). An office area on the landing and a second restroom complete the upper level.
Outside, enjoy a private, shaded garden with a cold-water outdoor shower, as well as two terraces where you can savor every moment of the day: an east-facing terrace with a table and sofas, and a west-facing terrace with a table and chairs. A built-in barbecue is available.

Additional sheets and end-of-stay cleaning are available for rent (services subject to a fee). Private parking on the property.
Heating is billed as an extra based on meter readings.

Nature lovers will appreciate the forest trail located across from the holiday cottage, ideal for walking or biking, as well as the bike path just 800 meters away.
The holiday cottage is also perfectly suited for telework thanks to its office space and Wifi Internet.
