L'Oustaou Néou - Gîte La Vigne

Ideal for car-free vacations, the holiday cottage makes arrival easy: the owners can pick you up at the train station, there are buses to the whole basin, and bicycles are available for hire. Located in the heart of the Bassin d'Arcachon, in a three-hectare park facing the Forest, L'Oustaou Néou is an old farmhouse in a calm, natural environment, with horses and sheep. Holiday cottage La Vigne is housed in a newly-built building next to the old farmhouse, which includes the owners' home and two other holiday cottages, one of which is adjoining. It features a lovely terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds and an electric plancha, all private, located near the shared Piscine. The first floor comprises a living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge (sofa bed), a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a shower room and a toilet with separate washbasin. Upstairs is a mezzanine sleeping area also equipped with a 160x200 bed. The Piscine (alarm) is located close to the Holiday cottage, opposite the owners' house; it will be shared with the owners and the other two Holiday cottages. A large terrace, equipped with sun loungers and pool beds, will also be available for your enjoyment. With the environment at the heart of our concerns, we have set up a number of eco-friendly actions on our property, some of which you will find in our accommodation and its surroundings (home-made organic household products, reused antique furniture or furniture made from recycled parts, for example).
