L'Oustaou Néou - Gîte La Vigne

Located in the heart of the Bassin d'Arcachon, in a three-hectare park facing the Forest, L'Oustaou Néou is an old farmhouse in a calm, natural environment, with horses and sheep. Holiday cottage La Vigne is housed in a newly-built building next to the old farmhouse, which includes the owners' home and two other holiday cottages, one of which is adjoining. It features a lovely terrace with garden furniture and electric plancha, all private, located near the shared Piscine. The first floor comprises a living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge (sofa bed), a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs is a mezzanine sleeping area also equipped with a 160x200 bed. The Piscine is located close to the Holiday cottage, opposite the owners' house; it is shared with the owners and the other two Holiday cottages. A large terrace equipped with hammocks and deckchairs is also shared with the other Holiday cottages. With the environment at the heart of our concerns, we've implemented a number of eco-friendly measures on our property, some of which you'll find in our accommodation and its surroundings (e.g. home-made organic household products, reused antique furniture or furniture made from recycled parts). The Holiday cottage has reversible air conditioning (included) in the main room and in the ground-floor bedroom. Parking on the property. Two other Holiday cottages on site.
