L'Oustaou Néou - Gîte de l'Olivier

Ideal for car-free vacations, the holiday cottage makes arrival easy: the owners can pick you up at the train station, there are buses to the whole basin, and bicycles are available for hire. Located in the heart of the Bassin d'Arcachon, in a three-hectare park facing the Forest, L'Oustaou Néou is an old farmhouse in a calm, natural environment, with horses and sheep. The Holiday cottage de l'Olivier is housed in a newly-constructed building next to the former farmhouse, which includes the owners' home and a holiday cottage. It features a private terrace with garden furniture and electric plancha, next to the shared Piscine. The first floor comprises a living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge (sofa bed), a shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs are two attic bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed, a separate toilet and a shared dressing room. The Piscine is located next to the Holiday cottage, opposite the owners' house, and will be shared with the owners and two other Holiday cottages. A large terrace, equipped with sun loungers and pool beds, will also be at your disposal. With the environment at the heart of our concerns, we have implemented a number of eco-friendly measures on our property, some of which you'll find in our accommodation and its surroundings (home-made organic household products, reused antique furniture or furniture made from recycled parts, for example). The Holiday cottage has electric heating (included) on the first floor and reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms. Parking on the property. Two other Holiday cottages on site, one in the immediate vicinity. As there are animals on our property, it will not be possible to welcome your pets; similarly, access to the paddocks will not be possible. Right of way to access the Piscine and the farm cottage near the gîte terrace. Cycle path nearby. Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and end-of-stay cleaning are available at extra cost. The Holiday cottage is for 2 people; extra charges apply for additional guests.
