Lou Gaston

You'll be staying in our grandparents' house, hence the name "Gaston". It has been entirely renovated by us. It's about 50 m from our house, on the main road towards the center of Castillon La Bataille, on our enclosed property with a large gate. Private parking is available next to the Holiday cottage. You're less than 400 m from all amenities, a 10-minute walk from the bakery, grocery store, tobacconist, pharmacy, medical center and hypermarkets, and 900 m from the train station. A small, nicely landscaped garden and gravelled area feature two garden furniture sets and a barbecue. You'll enjoy a bright, glassed-in living room with two sitting areas and mobile air conditioning. The kitchen is self-contained, with a high-quality dining area. On the ground floor, you'll find a separate toilet, a shower room and a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed. Upstairs you'll find a bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed, and a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed. There's also a sleeping area with a Bed 90x190 cm (for an independent person) (supp 35 €). A bathroom with shower and separate WC. Bed linen and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning included. The Holiday cottage is non-smoking. For your leisure, you'll find a DVD player, a ping-pong table, a shell sandbox for Kids, and pétanque balls. Everything for baby: a cot, a high chair, a stroller, a changing table, a potty and a toilet booster. Castillon la Bataille, historically known for its Hundred Years' War, offers a 1h30 show every year from July to August, 6 km from the Holiday cottage. There's a riverside Beach 15 minutes' walk away. We are 11 km from St Emilion, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and 55 km from Bordeaux. We look forward to welcoming you in a friendly family atmosphere.
