The first floor comprises a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (oven and induction hob) and dining area adjoining the living room, an entrance hall leading to a second living room with sofa, television and wood-burning stove (first flambé offered), a bedroom overlooking the Piscine terrace with large dressing room and a majestic private shower room with shower, bath and separate toilet.
Upstairs you'll find two other large bedrooms, one with a view of the Lake, each with a 160x200 cm bed, antique wardrobe and chest of drawers, a shower room and separate toilet. Reversible air-conditioning in every room, including bedrooms.
Halfway between Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion, our Holiday cottage is ideally located for discovering the treasures of the region.
Two free, secure parking spaces are at your disposal, as well as a recharging point for electric vehicles (recharging will be billed according to consumption and paid directly to the owners). The private swimming pool, measuring 9mX4m and 1m to 1.70m deep, is protected by a roller shutter and set in a landscaped garden with no overlooking views. Available from early June to late September.
