Adjoining another Holiday cottage on the estate, but not overlooked, it has an enclosed garden with terrace and barbecue, perfect for enjoying fine weather. It comprises a spacious living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, three bedrooms with two 160cm and two 90cm beds, two shower rooms, one of which is en-suite, two WCs, one of which is independent, and a laundry room.For your moments of relaxation, take advantage of the estate's secure swimming pool, open from May to September depending on the weather, as well as outdoor leisure areas: pétanque, badminton and table tennis. In summer, a gaming room with table soccer, TV, board games and books is also available. The Piscine and leisure areas are reserved exclusively for Holiday cottage guests. After a day exploring the region, you can relax by the Piscine. Ideally located in Gironde, this Holiday cottage is an ideal base from which to discover the region, with the UNESCO Citadelle de Blaye, Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion, vineyards, estuary and ocean.Wellbeing massages on site are available on reservation.For your comfort, you have pellet central heating, bed linen and towels provided, wifi.
