Situated in a quiet, peaceful location on the banks of the Dordogne, in a UNESCO World Heritage site, our Holiday cottage is housed in a fully restored 75 m² former stone forge. Ideally located 5km from Libourne City center (2km from the sales agent's area) and 4km from Saint-Emilion, it will be the starting point for numerous walks and/or bike rides (4-adult bikes available). From the terrace, a few steps lead up to the Piscine (10mx5m, 1m to 1m70 deep) shared with nearby owners, open from May to late September, weather permitting, with removable cover, unheated. You'll appreciate the plunging view over the Dordogne river (and its tidal bore). Barbecue for grilling.
The first floor includes a fully-equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer), a dining area and a sitting area with TV. Upstairs are two attractive bedrooms, one with a 160 x200 bed and the second with two 90x190 beds. A shower room with toilet completes the ensemble. On the first floor you'll find a laundry room with washing machine and an independent toilet.
Electric heating included. Covered parking on the property for one car. Sheets and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price, with optional towels, cot, highchair and baby bath provided on request. Pets allowed, please pick up after your pet.
