Les Mouettes

Ideally located in Andernos-les-Bains, a seaside resort in the northeast of the Arcachon Basin, our holiday cottage, Les Mouettes, welcomes you for your stay in a quiet, residential neighborhood. This location is perfect for exploring the Arcachon Basin, its beaches, its authentic and unspoiled natural areas, and much more. You’ll also appreciate the proximity to numerous local amenities and activities: shops, restaurants, markets, oyster ports, water sports, bike paths, hiking trails, and more.
The holiday cottage is located in a house built in 2026 that includes a second semi-detached house. With a floor area of 54 m², it is designed to comfortably accommodate 4 people. It consists of an air-conditioned living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a TV; two bedrooms—one with a 160x200 cm bed and the other with two 80x200 cm beds that can be pushed together; and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. You’ll appreciate its modern comforts and contemporary atmosphere.
To relax outdoors, you’ll have access to a private terrace with a green space (currently under construction) and a parking spot on the street side (unfenced property). At the back, you’ll have access to an enclosed area shared with the second holiday cottage, featuring a heated Piscine, a terrace with sun loungers for relaxing before or after your swimming, a pool house—perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink by the pool—and a laundry room with a shared washer and dryer. The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the living area and electric heating in the bedrooms. The bedrooms open onto the terrace and the Piscine at the back. Sheets, towels, linens, heating, and air conditioning are included in the price. A baby bed is available upon request. End-of-stay cleaning is available (optional paid service). The pool is open and heated from May 1 to October 30, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. You can enjoy a relaxing spa experience by making a reservation with the owner (optional service for an additional fee). The spa is located in a private, secluded area in the owner’s garden, accessible through a gate next to the pool house.
