You’ll be staying in a house built in 2026 that consists of two semi-detached holiday cottages connected by their living room. With a total area of 108 m², the property can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It consists of two air-conditioned living areas, each with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with a TV (to suit your group’s needs, we can rearrange the dining and living areas), four bedrooms—two of which feature a 160x200 bed, and the other two feature two 80x200 beds that can be joined together—and two bathrooms with showers and toilets. You’ll appreciate its modern comforts and contemporary atmosphere.
To relax outdoors, you’ll have access to a private terrace with a green space (currently under construction) and a street-side parking spot (on an unenclosed lot) for each group. At the back, you’ll have access to an area featuring a private heated Piscine, a terrace with sun loungers for relaxing before or after your swimming, a pool house perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink by the Piscine, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the living areas and electric heating in the bedrooms. The bedrooms open onto the terrace and the Piscine at the back.
Sheets, towels, linens, heating, and air conditioning are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available (optional paid service). The Piscine is open and heated from May 1 to October 30, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Upon reservation with the owner, you can enjoy a relaxing moment in a spa (optional service for an additional fee). The spa is located in a private, intimate area in the owner’s garden, accessible through a gate next to the pool house.
