We are delighted to welcome you to this charming house with a large 900-square-meter lot, located 2.5 km from France’s largest lake. Just a short walk from the wide, fine-sand beaches, and 12 km from the ocean. Right next to the bike path. A warm and comfortable new detached home for 4 people, featuring 2 sleeping areas, 2 bedrooms, 2 beds (0.90 x 1.90 m), and one bed (1.40 x 1.90 m) with built-in closets. A fully equipped open-concept kitchen: refrigerator, induction cooktop, combination microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the kitchen essentials you need to prepare delicious meals! The "little extras": a dishwasher to put an end to the chore of washing dishes on vacation, a washing machine, and a dryer for even more convenience! A living room with a leather sofa, various pieces of furniture: table, bar stools, sideboard, etc., and a Samsung Smart TV so you can enjoy all your favorite shows!
