We're delighted to welcome you to this charming house with 900m² grounds, 2.5 km from France's largest lake. Just a stone's throw from long sandy beaches, with the ocean 12 km away. A stone's throw from the cycle path. A cosy, comfortable, independent new-build for 4 people with 2 beds, 2 bedrooms, 2 beds 0.90x1.90m and a bed 1.40x1.90m with built-in closets. A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge, induction hob, combined microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all you need to make delicious meals! The "little extras": dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience! A living room with a leather sofa, various pieces of furniture: table, chairs, standing man, enfilade etc., a Samsung smart TV to enjoy all your favorite programs!
Wifi Internet connection. Bathroom with shower, bath and washbasin, separate WC.
Outside: very large south-facing shaded terrace with covered or uncovered area, depending on your preference. View of the oak forest opposite. Not overlooked. Dining table, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, plancha and parasol. Lockable garden shed to secure your bikes or other equipment. A very large enclosed parking area is available (large sliding gate provides security for the whole family). We'll be delighted to welcome you and offer you a quality service with linen included. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Hourtin. La maison est proche du lac, du centre ville et des commerces de proximité.
Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants.

Das Haus ist meiner Meinung nach absolut top, ich war bereits das zweite Mal dort. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben einige Male selber gekocht, was aufgrund der guten Ausstattung der Küche kein Problem war.
In 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Strand, in 10 Minuten am See und in 2 Minuten im Dorf.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Eine klare Empfehlung.- Cleanliness

Franck Un superbe séjour dans une belle région
Un très bon séjour, Hourtin est une commune très agréable, bien placé avec son lac, un beau marché le jeudi et tous les commerces sur place.
Des propriétaires qui ont été très accueillant, très disponible si besoin, en un mot charmant.
Le gite est très bien équipé et aménagé, il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut, une note globale de 4.5, étant plutôt un homme bien charpenté, je suis plus à l'aise dans une literie de 160 plutôt que 140, mais ce n'est qu'une question de point de vue et cela n'altère en rien toutes les qualités de ce gite. Encore un grand merci pour l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires.- Cleanliness

Je vous remercie pour vos remarques qui ont retenu toute mon attention, une petite précision cependant, il est bien précisé dans le descriptif que la literie est en 140 et de belle qualité. En espérant que ce fait n'a pas trop entaché votre séjour

Les Charentais Un excellent séjour
Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans le gîte « Les chênes » : il est bien conçu, bien équipé, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette belle vue dont on jouit dans le séjour. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. L’environnement est calme. Et il y a de belles promenades à faire dans les environs, en forêt et autour du lac. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
