Welcome to this bed and breakfast in an old 19th-century winegrower's house, set in shady, enclosed grounds.
My house, Les Charmes de Vincent, is located in the hills above Fronsac. Come and discover the region and stay in this comfortable, air-conditioned room.
The Loft Cabernet room is ideal for multi-night stays, with its own entrance and fully-equipped kitchenette (hob, fridge, microwave and crockery available), a bright bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, a thalasso shower room and WC.
The Lavande room is equipped with 1 bed 140, bathroom with whirlpool bathtub with shower faucet and toilet.
Breakfast is served by the Piscine or in the dining room, weather permitting.
Warm, discreet welcome.
Piscine available from mid-May to September, weather permitting.
Beaches in Arcachon and Cap Ferret, visits to Châteaux and wine-tasting by appointment.
Several restaurants in the region: Fronsac 3km away (eat-in or take-away), Libourne 6 km, St Emilion 10 km.

The 40 m2 LOFT Cabernet is on the first floor. The entrance is independent. Nous avons passés un séjour très agréable ! Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour Madame tiret est une personne très chaleureuse ! Qui sait accueillir ses hôtes comme il se doit et toujours de bon conseil pour des idées de sorties ! Les petits déjeuners sont exceptionnel avec toujours une jolie table et de la belle vaisselle !
