Come stay at our 4-star holiday cottage, “Les Charmes d’Arcachon,” which is open year-round and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 kids. Ideally located in the tree-lined Abatilles neighborhood, just 2 km from downtown and the TGV station. Close to the Arbousiers and Pereire beaches, small shops, and the bike path, the holiday cottage occupies the entire ground floor of a large modern villa, which also serves as our primary residence. It is situated right on the edge of the “Forest domaniale de pins de la Dune,” nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac on a sunny south-southwest-facing lot.
This 40-square-meter, air-conditioned (heating/cooling) one-bedroom apartment, completely renovated and featuring a large private outdoor area, offers luxury amenities in a quiet, natural setting. The outdoor area offers you exclusive use of three different spaces, perfect for breakfast under the pine trees or sunbathing. The Spa is located on the wooden deck facing the Forest and will provide you with moments of relaxation in both summer and winter, day and night (adjustable jets and temperature 26–40°). Parking is available on the property, as well as an electric charging station (slow charging; available during off-peak hours at night).
The interior features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room furnished with a high-quality sofa bed, as well as a CD/DVD player with speakers and a 126cm Hisense 4K Smart TV; a beautiful bedroom with a 160x200x30 TEMPUR bed, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower opening onto the bedroom. The furnishings are decidedly modern and natural, and the decor is tastefully designed in the “Bassin” style. You’ll have access to two city bikes (with locks) to explore Arcachon, as well as everything you need for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. A complete kit for kids ages 0–6 is also provided: bike seat, high chair, portable bathtub, baby hiking bag, Umbrella bed… Housekeeping included, LINVOSGES linens, and all utilities are included.
