Come and stay in our 'Les Charmes d'Arcachon' holiday cottage, rated 4 stars and open all year round; it can accommodate up to 2 people and 2 Kids. Ideally located in the tree-lined Abatilles district, 2 km from the town center and TGV train station. Close to the Arbousiers or Beach Pereire beaches, small shops and the cycle path, the Holiday cottage occupies the entire garden level of a large modern villa, which includes our main residence. On the edge of the "Forest domaniale de pins de la Dune", nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac on a sunny South-South/West facing plot, this 40m2 air-conditioned (hot/cold), fully refurbished one-bedroom apartment with a large private outdoor space, offers high-standard amenities in a quiet, natural setting. The exclusive outdoor layout features 3 different areas for breakfast under the pines or a sunbathing session. The Spa is located on the wooden terrace facing the Forest, and is ideal for relaxing in summer or winter, day or night (adjustable jets and temperature 26/40°). The interior includes a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge featuring a quality sofa bed and Philips TV/video/CD/DVD player; a lovely bedroom with a TEMPUR 160x200x30 bed, and a modern shower room with Italian shower opening onto the bedroom. The furnishings are resolutely modern and natural, and the decor is carefully crafted in the "bassin spirit". You'll have 2 bikes at your disposal to discover Arcachon, as well as everything you need for a successful stay (including massage armchair). A complete Kids 0/6 KIT is also available: bike seat, high chair, bathtub, baby hiking bag, Umbrella bed, potty, Beach accessories...
