Ideally located in La Teste de Buch, near the town center and its municipal Market—renowned as one of the most beautiful in the Gironde—L'Ecrin Marin welcomes you for your stay in the heart of the Arcachon Basin. This location is perfect for exploring the area’s many attractions: The must-see Dune du Pilat, 8 km away; Arcachon, with its beaches and “winter city,” just 3 km away (we recommend taking the train—the station is 600 meters from the holiday cottage); and the port of La Teste, 850 meters away (Marina and oyster port).
The house, with a floor area of 33 m², can accommodate 2 adults and one child. It consists of an open-concept living area with a kitchen, dining area, and living room (featuring a sofa bed for one child). Electricity usage exceeding 8 kWh/day and electric heating are charged as extras.
Outside, you can enjoy a furnished terrace with a pergola, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue—ideal for meals and relaxing. A parking space is available on the enclosed property. Baby gear is available upon request. Pets are welcome under certain conditions (supplement of 8€/day/pet, security deposit required).
