Located in Blanquefort, in the Maurian district, one of the oldest in this commune 10 km northwest of Bordeaux, our Holiday cottage "Le Vieux Figuier" welcomes you for a stay with family, friends or business travelers.
Ideally located just a 15-minute walk from the train station, you can reach Bordeaux city center via the Tram C or TER lines, as well as the Pointe du Médoc. You'll also appreciate the proximity of various shops (grocery stores, bakery, etc.) just a ten-minute walk away.
Adjoining unoccupied outbuildings, the Holiday cottage has a private, enclosed outdoor space with garden furniture and barbecue. There is also private enclosed parking for up to two vehicles.
Our Holiday cottage comprises a living room with dining area and lounge, and a separate kitchen with dining area. Two steps lead up to the three bedrooms (two 140x190cm beds and two 90x190cm beds), one of which has its own private shower room. An independent shower room with large shower and toilet. The Holiday cottage is equipped with Gas heating and reversible air conditioning (only in the main room and in the corridor leading to the bedrooms).
Wifi available throughout.
Bed linen, kitchen linen and Heating included in the rental price.
Baby bed and high chair available.
Possibility of renting towels and cleaning at the end of your stay. (optional services available at extra cost). Arrival from 6pm on weekdays and 4pm on weekends. NON-SMOKING HOLIDAY COTTAGE.

Topeur Douceur de vivre
Troisième expérience dans ce gîte proche des commerces. 10minutes à pieds des boulangeries et autres produits frais. Le Centre sportif de Fonds Gravet situé quelques minutes plus loin.la réserve naturelle de Bruges accueille nombre d'oiseaux et autres échassiers ainsi que plusieurs milans noir. Des postes d'observation sont situés dans le domaine. Parking gratuit disponible. Aucun droit d'entrée n'est réclamé. Les propriétaires du gîte sont très agréable. Parking sécurisé ( cadenas) le gîte est très propre et la literie agréable. La salle de bain ( douche et lavabo ) est moderne. Une cuisine très complète permet aux convives des repas à gérer soi même

Kings 5 star gite near Bordeaux
The gite was very comfortable & clean and had everything my family needed for our stay. It is located in a quiet area just 10 minutes walk to a Boulangerie / supermarket and the tram station which goes into Bordeaux (Line E). The rooms are tastefully furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of plates, cutlery and glasses.
Ingrid was very welcoming and not at all intrusive.
I would recommend staying here without hesitation.

Peter Perfect Autumn break
We had a lovely holiday at Le Vieux Figuier. The gite was spotless, well-equipped and the owners charming. I think we were their first English guests!
The great bonus for us was being able to travel into Bordeaux on the tram. We also liked strolling to the exceptional Grand Frais supermarket for tasty supplies.
