Located in Le Taillan Médoc, a commune of the Bordeaux metropolis, at the gateway to the Médoc, our Holiday cottage le Saint Hilaire welcomes you for your stay. You'll appreciate its location close to all amenities: shops, restaurants, public transport (bus 260m away, streetcar 1.2 km). Its location is ideal for discovering the many attractions of the Médoc: the many ocean beaches of the coastline from Le Porge to Soulac-sur-Mer, the lakes of Lacanau, Carcans and Hourtin, the famous route des châteaux and their prestigious vineyards, the forest to discover along the cycle paths and much more. This single-storey Bungalow is located in a residential area, close to the City center; it benefits from a plot of approximately 300m² with the possibility of parking a vehicle. There's a garden with terrace at the back of the house, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. The house comprises a main room with fitted kitchen and dining room opening onto a living room, three bedrooms (two beds 140x190 and one bed 90x190), a bathroom with corner bath, a separate toilet and a storeroom with washing machine. The Holiday cottage is equipped with City gas central heating (included). Sheets, towels and table linen are included in the price. Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning (optional service at extra cost). Rental reserved for private individuals. Arrival possible between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. No electric car recharging facilities, nearest recharging point 1.2km from streetcar stop.
