Located in Gujan Mestras, in the heart of the Bassin d'Arcachon, Le Rabelais is a charming 110 m² house with private swimming pool, set in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Close to Bordeaux and the vineyards, its privileged location will also enable you to take advantage of nearby leisure activities and amenities: cycle paths, shops, leisure parks, Dune du Pyla, ocean beaches, Lac de Cazaux, Le Teich bird sanctuary, Arcachon and Gujan golf courses, and much more.
For your stay, you'll enjoy a private swimming pool with terrace, solar shower and barbecue, where you can relax and soak up the sun. The enclosed garden provides safe play for young and old alike.
The house comprises a large, light-filled living room with sofa and recliners, TV (DVD, home cinema, canal+/canalsat/bein sport), dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (one of which is small and adjoining and communicates with a large master bedroom with en-suite shower room and TV) with one 160cm bed, one 140cm bed and three 90cm beds (two of which are bunk beds), a separate bathroom with bath and double basins, two separate WCs and a laundry room.
Sheets, household linen and towels are available at extra cost. Electric heating is included in the price. Tourist tax extra. Parking on the property.
Unheated swimming pool available from May to September.
