Located in Valeyrac, a small village nestled in the north of the Médoc between estuary, Vineyard and ocean beaches, our Holiday cottage Le Pin Franc welcomes you for your stay in a quiet and pleasant setting. Its location is ideal for discovering the many attractions of the area: the Gironde estuary with its carrelets, the port of Goulée, the Richard lighthouse, Verdon sur Sea and the Chambrette beach, wine châteaux and much more. This recently-built house is located around 2 kilometers from the village, in a hamlet with other houses. It has a large, fully enclosed garden with parking area.
The Holiday cottage is entirely on the first floor and comprises a living room with kitchenette, dining room and lounge area, two bedrooms, one with a 140x190 bed and the other with two 90x190 beds, a shower room, separate toilet and a storeroom with washing machine and cleaning equipment. The Holiday cottage is equipped with Electric heating. Sheets and kitchen linen are included in the price. Cleaning service available at the end of your stay (extra charge). Bicycles available.

nous avons eu un très gentil accueil des propriétaires , la maison est lumineuse , très bien entretenue avec tout le nécessaire pour y vivre, même les produits ménagers à disposition! ,ce n'est pas habituel! ,le petit "truc en plus " très appréciable , les lits étaient "faits" ce n'est pas non plus l 'habitude!dans les locations .

Nous avons bien pris connaissance de votre avis client, dans lequel vous mentionnez seulement des points négatifs concernant votre séjour.
Nous sommes sincèrement surpris que celui-ci ne vous ait pas apporté satisfaction.
Concernant la salle d'eau, elle est pourtant équipée d'une douche à l'italienne spacieuse (1 m²), intégrée dans une grande pièce, afin d'assurer un confort optimal.
Durant la période de canicule que vous avez traversée pendant votre séjour, nous avions mis à disposition un ventilateur/brumisateur dans chaque pièce, pour améliorer au mieux les conditions de confort malgré la chaleur exceptionnelle.
Au sujet de la literie de la petite chambre, le confort d'un matelas restant une appréciation subjective, il peut varier selon les préférences de chacun.
Nous avons noté tout de même que vous recommandiez à un ami et vos 5 étoiles pour notre accueil. -
