Located in Valeyrac, a small village nestled in the northern Médoc between the estuary, Vineyard, and ocean beaches, our holiday cottage, Le Pin Franc, welcomes you for your stay in a peaceful and pleasant setting. Its location is ideal for exploring the area’s many attractions: the Gironde estuary with its fishing huts, the port of Goulée, the Richard Lighthouse, Verdon-sur-Mer and Chambrette Beach, Soulac-sur-Mer, the Cordouan Lighthouse, and the wine châteaux. Canoe and kayak outings with our partner Kayak et Découvertes in Saint-Vivien-de-Médoc. You can join every Tuesday evening, between July 5 and August 25, 2026, in the Valeyrac night market held at the Port de Goulée—an iconic site in the Gironde estuary offering an exceptional natural setting—or visit the market in Saint-Vivien-de-Médoc. For the adventurous, two Terra Aventura trails in Vertheuil and Soulac-sur-Mer.
You will stay in a recently built house, located about 2 kilometers from the village in a hamlet with other homes. You will have access to a large, fully enclosed garden with a parking area.
The holiday cottage, entirely on the ground floor, consists of a living area with a kitchenette, dining area, and lounge space; two bedrooms, one furnished with a 140x190 cm bed and the other with two beds 90x190 cm; A bathroom (shower), a separate toilet, and a utility room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies. The holiday cottage is equipped with electric heating. Sheets and kitchen linens are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning available (for a fee). Bicycles available. There is a general grocery shop in Valeyrac.
