Located in Pessac, a city in the southwest of the Bordeaux metropolitan area, in the Alouette district, we welcome you for your stay in a calm and pleasant setting. This location is ideal for discovering the area's many attractions: Bordeaux, a city of art and history listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Pessac's prestigious wine-growing châteaux such as Château Pape Clément and Château Haut-Brion, the Bourgailh Forest, an ecosite with forest trails, educational gardens, playground, etc., and the Bordeaux-Pessac Zoo.. the Bordeaux-Pessac Zoo; for a trip to the Bassin d'Arcachon, you can leave your car and take the train from the Pessac station, just one kilometer from your accommodation.
Our furnished apartment, adjoining our home, has its own entrance and private outdoor space with terrace and garden furniture. It can comfortably accommodate 2 people. Arranged on two levels, the first floor comprises a living room with kitchen, dining area, lounge, study and TV, and a shower room with toilet. The sleeping area, with a 160x200 bed, is located upstairs in a partially attic mezzanine. The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Parking is available outside in front of the property (easy, free parking). A shared laundry room with washing machine is available on request. The rental price includes bed linen, table linen, towels, heating and air conditioning. Cleaning service available at the end of your stay (for a fee). Due to the configuration of our accommodation, it is not recommended for Kids or people with reduced mobility (straight staircase).
