Le Penthièvre

Le Penthièvre apartment is located in Gujan-Mestras, in the heart of the Bassin d'Arcachon, in a quiet residence planted with trees, close to shops and cycle paths leading to oyster ports and nearby beaches.

Our apartment is located on the first floor, on the garden side. It comprises a main room with entrance hall, dining room, living room, equipped kitchen (induction, oven, microwave...) opening onto a south-west-facing balcony with outdoor furniture, very pleasant for meals or a moment of relaxation, a bedroom equipped with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom with bath and washing machine and a separate toilet. A private parking space is available in front of the residence, as well as a basement parking space (appreciated in summer), and you can safely store your bicycles in a locked bike room. The apartment is equipped with Wifi/Fiber. Heating included in the price. Sheets and towels can be rented, as well as a cleaning service at the end of your stay (for a fee).

Gujan-Mestras offers a wide range of leisure activities: walking and cycling, theme parks, horseback riding, Golf, Casino, discotheque, roller-skating track. At Le Teich, you can discover the bird sanctuary and canoe on the Leyre. The oyster ports welcome you with their restaurants and tasting Cabins. All kinds of shops are just a few hundred meters from the residence (bakery, greengrocer, butcher, fishmonger, tobacconist, etc.). You'll also have easy access to the other attractions of the Bassin: Arcachon, the Pilat Dune, the ocean beaches and the lakes of Cazaux, Sanguinet and Biscarosse.
