The Pavillon de Fonteneau is a charming annex of a former 19th-century winegrowing estate, ideally located on the outskirts of Bordeaux and close to the Parc de la Burthe in Floirac, an 85-hectare reserve preserving the flora and fauna of our region.
The house comprises a delightful living room opening onto a small, modern, fully-equipped kitchen and a small, enclosed, flower-filled garden.
On the first floor, you'll also find a shower room with toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms with 6 beds 90x190cm, a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
Heating included. Bed linen, table linen and towels included in the price.
Parking in enclosed property.
City and resort" accommodation. Tourist tax extra. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.

ilarkopale Maison agréable, au calme
Maison dans un quartier très au calme. Assez loin de tout commerce ainsi que du tram (15 minutes à pied), mais un bus, plus rare, passe aussi juste devant la maison. Au final, un peu loin du centre de Bordeaux pour faire du tourisme mais faisable.
La maison est confortable et fidèle au descriptif. Elle donne sur une petite cour de gravier où l'on peut manger et faire un barbecue.
Le propriétaire s'est montré disponible pour l'arrivée et très réactif (il manquait des couverts).- Cleanliness

3 x Klostermoor Charmant !
Quel agréable gîte alliant le charme de l’ancien à la modernité qui a tenu toutes ses promesses, voire même plus, car il y a une deuxième salle de bain avec WC toute neuve qui n’est pas encore indiquée dans l’annonce.
Très bon accueil et de nombreuses attentions pour que nous nous sentions les bienvenus.
Communication facile avec le propriétaire qui était très disponible.
Autre plus non négligeable, la possibilité de stationnement sécurisé dans une belle cour avec portail fermé.- Cleanliness
