Le Noisetier

Located in the heart of the Saint-Émilion Vineyard, in a quiet hamlet of the small village of Montagne-Saint-Émilion, the Le Noisetier holiday cottage welcomes you for your stay. Housed in former outbuildings, the holiday cottage is attached to a residence and is located near another holiday cottage (shared access road and parking lot adjacent to the holiday cottage). Spanning two levels, the holiday cottage features, on the ground floor, a living area with a kitchen, dining room, and living room, opening onto two terraces (one facing the path and the other facing the parking lot), a toilet (with a macerator) and a sink, and a utility room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies. Upstairs is a beautiful sleeping area equipped with a 140x190 cm bed, storage, and a bathroom opening onto the bedroom with a large shower and two sinks. The bedroom opens onto the staircase. The holiday cottage is equipped with Electric heating. Sheets, towels, kitchen linens, and end-of-stay cleaning are available as paid services.
